The core heating component is a high-quality halogen heating lamp, which features fast temperature rise, uniform heat radiation and stable thermal output. The halogen lamp can rapidly heat samples up to 200℃ within a short period, shortening the whole test cycle to only several minutes. The built-in high-precision electromagnetic balance continuously records the sample weight change during evaporation. After the test finishes, the instrument automatically calculates and displays multiple key data including moisture percentage, solid content, sample final weight, heating time and end condition.

Yuntang YT-LS is equipped with a large-size color touch screen, friendly man-machine interface and multi-language optional system. Users can freely set heating temperature, holding time, end judgment mode and other test parameters according to different sample characteristics. Multiple test modes are built in: timed mode, automatic shutdown mode (when weight change is lower than the set threshold), manual termination mode, which can match diverse sample testing requirements.

All test data can be stored locally in the instrument, and support USB export, wired and wireless data upload. The optional thermal printer can print complete test reports containing sample name, batch number, test time, temperature curve, moisture result and operator information.
